This is Yuuma Azawa from the manga Dissolving classroom by Junji Ito. If you don't know it, basically there's this new student, Yuuma, he gives frequent apologies for even the tiniest incidents which leads to bullying. Behind these apologies is a secret, he's a teenager obsessed with worshipping the Devil and his appologies are part of a ritualistic sacrifice to the devil as when he apologises it melts peoples brains.
